1. Go to http://getdata.lausd.net or http://mydata.lausd.net and click on myData logo.

2. Type your LAUSD SSO UserID / password to login. You don’t need the “@lausd.net” in the UserID field.

3. Click on “Student Information”

4. Click on “Classroom”

5. Click on “My Students, Current Year Data”

6. Click “Email / Account Roster” in the Tab Bar.

7. You can click on either “Student Email / Account Roster” or “Student Email / Account Roster by Class Period”.


The only difference between the two reports are: The “Class Period” report has a “Teacher Name” and “Class Period” columns in the report.

To sort the list, click on the column header and then click on the up and down arrows to sort by “Class Period” or any other columns.


Be sure that your name is checked in the left side bar, under “Teacher / Counselor”. If your name is not checked, select your name and click “Apply” at the bottom of the left side bar.


You can now Print or Export the report by clicking on the options at the bottom of the report screen.
