1. Go to virgilms.net Click on “QuickLinks” & “Reset mymail.lausd.net Password”

2. Click on “Student”

3. Click on “Activate or Reset Password”

4. Scroll to the bottom. Click checkbox on lower left then click “Accept”

5. Type “District ID” located on your Student ID Card below the barcode or on the bottom of your ID. Yes, it’s the long number with F, M or X

6. Type “Birthdate” with leading zeros, slashes (bottom right of keyboard) and four-digit year ( 01/06/2002, 02/08/2005... )

7. Type four digit “Student PIN”. This is NOT your Cafeteria PIN. If you don’t remember your mymail PIN, have your Student ID ready to show and ask for your four-digit mymail PIN

8. Click on “Next”

9. Type in a new password. It can be the same as your old password, just change a number or two

10. Type the new password again to confirm and click “Submit”

11. Test password (lms.lausd.net)
